Far East Film Festival 28
The largest western showcase dedicated to Asian popular cinema, will see the spotlight turn on internationally for its twenty-eighth edition from 24 April to 2 May 2026 in Udine.
Many films from the countries of the Far East will transform the Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine and its own Visionary Cinema into genuine and proper outposts in Asia with screenings that are unlikely to appear on the big screens of Europe.
All films will be screened in their original language with subtitles in Italian and English.
In the centre of the city there will be a series of cultural events organised of various kinds (tastings, music, dance, lectures, etc.), transforming Udine into an outpost of Asia featuring sounds, colours and music of the Far East.
